Smartlist Builder

We have a request to install Smartlist Builder into our Great Plains 18.5 environment. I have downloaded the appropriate version from EONE. Does Smartlist actually need to be installed on both the GP server and well as workstations? We have our GP clients running in a Citrix/Published app environment.
