I have an requirement to post invoices in to GP 9.0

Hi All,

I have an requirement to create invoivce in GP 9.0 using econnect
data should be pulled from oracle database and should be posted to GP 9.0 database

I an new to GP and i was not sure weither i should write an web service or an we application to do this work
any help is really Appreciated
