Submitting Invoice for Purchase Order (Newbie)

I am a complete newbie at E-Connect and I am trying to take Invoices & Credit Memos from our existing web based system and trying to get them into e-connect. For those of you with more experience, what Classes do I need use to create the Document that I submit to E-Connect ?? Also, and code examples in VB or c# to get me pointed in the right direction.. many Thanks. - Douglas
