We are new to econnect and are trying to write the code to create the billing entries for project accounting. We would like to create both Fee and expense billings but are starting with the Fee billing... Transactions >> Project >> Billing >> Billing Entry. We have found that we can use PAProjectFeesType class and use the xml reference given at https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff623740.aspx, but it does not have all the fields for the header. Is there another class for this type of transaction?
