Unhandled object exception: The parameter is incorrect. (GP 2013 installl in Win10)

Hi, I get the error below after installing GP 2013 on a Windows 10 PC and exiting out of GP:

Unhandled object exception: The parameter is incorrect.
EXCEPTION_CLASS_OBJECT_EXCEPTION
ExceptionSubClass:-2147024809

Anyone experienced this?
