Changes made to COA - how to find out who?

Hi everyone,

Someone made a change in my Chart of Account (Modified Date shows Feb 7, 2017). How do I know who made the changes and what was the change?

I am on GP2013 SP2 and do not have Audit Trail installed.

Can anyone help?
