Network access for Distributed Transaction Manager (MSDTC) has been disabled. Please enable DTC for network access in the security configuration for MSDTC using the Component Services Administrative tool.

I'm used to seeing something like this in GP10, but this is GP2010. The eConnect WCF service that I use is local, there is no 'network communication' as far as the code is concerned.
