My RDP connection drops every 75 seconds... I put a timer on it to prove it. The connection also reconnected almost immediately... but I really can't work like this.

The fix is below.

Please note the date of this post, I'm sure it will be fixed in a week or two, if you're reading this a year from now, it's probably not your answer.

EDIT 2/12/2015

Frustration. Same thing happened on my laptop. It was quicker this time because I knew the fix, but... grrr.

EDIT 2/13/2015

Same thing happened on my laptop this morning, details below

This is not my code, it's Telerik's... but I had to look for it for a bit and then download a huge project for the part that I wanted. Ug.

Here is a stand alone piece of code that demos how to implement row reordering in a rad grid.

When sending text to a comment field in GP, you have to parse the full text into 4 fields. CMMTTEXT becomes COMMENT_1, COMMENT_2, etc.

The code below does this, easily.

I have GP 2013 and eConnect 12 install on the SQL server, I am running the XML document example codes on the server to create and retrieve customer.

I created a customer successfully using the example file,  but when I tried create another customer, I got this error:

There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/Microsoft/Dynamics/GP/eConnect/EntityOperations that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.

After that any GetEntity or CreateEntity will not work anymore.

The next day, I can retrieve customer successfully a few times, but got error when create new customer and had the same error again. From that point, it will keep this error even after I restarted eConnect service a few times.

Any body have idea what is the issue?

Thanks.

Hi folks,

Hopefully you can shed some light on an issue that i'm having

I've created a custom distribution for an ecommerce operation that we have, i'll show you what's is it about:

78-78-14-11050 > Receivable amount (What customer paid)
78-78-12-40200 > Sales: this is the revenue
78-78-00-25300 > Taxes, pretty straightforward (16% is the rate)
78-78-13-54004 > This is the marketplace commision for the sale
78-78-13-56255 > Freight

This is how the transaction was registered

Issue: When i post this transaction it won't calculate INV and COGS, therefore there's no cost registration, which is bad.

How can i make GP calculate INV and COGS?, i've noticed that the issue happened when i start adding the freight and the commission. I've tried to come up with the INV and COGS myself but it won't allow me to do it.

Cost in this case is 880.49

This transaction was made in functional currency.
