File not found with: eConnectMethods eConMet = new eConnectMethods()

I am currently developping an interface with eConnect 10.0.

Everything works fine on my development machine.

When I deploy to another server I get a FileNotFoundException (0x80070002) on the instruction

eConnectMethods eConMet = new eConnectMethods ()

Any clues?
